Let’s start with the basics. You need a website, a creative name, clean and professional labeling and to build social media accounts. Wait, you can’t market on social media, so why do you need accounts? Because you can still post, and people can follow the page and get information about new products and promotions. You also need to make sure that there’s a lot of information about your brand on Google, especially reviews.

Imagine you start going to expos and you introduce people to your brand, give them samples and tell them about you. They like what they hear but they aren’t sold just yet. They head to Google and type in your company name. If they don’t find anything then they will think that you are running a scam or just are not a legitimate company and they will not buy from you. All that effort wasted because you didn’t take the time to make sure you registered your business with Google.

Focus On Your Strengths

What makes you different? Why would someone who is using CBD products switch from a trusted brand to you? You have to provide these people the information before you even try to sell them. Maybe you’ve submitted yourself for 3rd party lab testing and others have not? Maybe you are better for certain ailments that people need help with? Whatever makes you different is what you need to focus on as you begin marketing.
