We provide payment services that enables merchants and consumers to conduct online payment transactions (the “Services”) along with the information made available through our Websites, applications and payment platforms.

  • Information about your usage of our Services and Websites, including your transaction history, and how you choose to pay/fund remittances, make payments, load digital wallets, send or receive money, along with the recipient’s collection method.

You decide how much information to share with us in most cases, but not sharing required information may limit your ability to engage in certain activities, such as payment information required to complete a transaction.

INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

When you use or interact with our Services and Websites, we receive and store information generated by your activity, like usage data and other information automatically collected from your browser or mobile device and store it in log files.

The Information that we automatically obtain from you includes:

  • Details of the transactions you carry out when using our Services and Websites, including geographic location from which the transaction originates.

  • Information about the hardware and software you use when accessing the Services and Websites.

  • Technical information, including the internet service provider (ISP), the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, geolocation data obtained from your mobile device, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.

We also may choose to partner with third party ad networks to either display advertising on our Websites or to manage our advertising on other websites. TESTIMONIALS AND REFERRALS

We may display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our Websites in addition to other endorsements. With your consent, we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our Services or Websites, we will ask you for your friend’s name, email address and phone number. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting them to visit our Websites. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email, and for tracking the success of our referral program.

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

Our Services and the subsequent data processed by our financial institutions is required to be in compliance with anti-terrorism and anti-money laundering laws and regulations that require us to retain transaction records for a specific period of time.

You have the right to correct any personal information we have on you that is inaccurate, incorrect, or out of date. You have the right to ask us to delete your data when it is no longer necessary, or no longer subject to a legal obligation to which we are subject to. You have the right to transfer your personal data between data controllers, for example, to move your account details from one online platform to another.

Subject to applicable laws, you may have the right to access information we hold about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the relevant data protection legislation.
