At Monument Home Builders, we want to make buying your dream home simple and stress-free. That’s why we include one year of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty with each of our new homes.
In some instances, Monument Homebuilders will provide a 1-year in-house warranty experience. During this process, the homeowner will be guided by a member of our staff through a turn process. Residents will have the opportunity to walk their new home prior to closing and identify any defective or incomplete work they would like remedied prior to occupying the home. Homeowners will sign a final acceptance report once all repairs are made and continue to keep in contact with our staff throughout the first year of occupancy.
