Return policy
All sales are final and not eligible for return or refund.
Under unique circumstances, however, your order may be eligible for return or refund only after
receiving approval from us. The amount or quantities of the refund will be at the sole discretion of
LotaLots.com.
In any case of an issue or dispute, we must receive your written request within fourteen days of the date
of delivery.
Once a request is submitted, you will receive an email confirming the processing of your request. You
will receive a follow up email once the request has been processed and the results determined.
Once approved, the money will be refunded to your original payment platform within fourteen days.
Since payment platforms vary in their confirmation processing, it may take an undetermined amount of
time before your funds are received.
Merchandise requested for return must be in the same condition as received. Merchandise tampered
with or altered in any way will be ineligible for return or refund

Return Shipping
After you’ve submitted a return request to , you will receive a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print the return shipping label and affix it to your package.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from
